The house is located on a quiet street in a residential area. It offers spacious, elegant living on a single level.

There are two bedrooms plus a sunroom which can accommodate a fifth person.

The house has just been renovated and is furnished with new beds and sofas and fine antiques.

The beautiful hardwood floors include birds-eye and curly maple - wood to inspire a luthier.

Wolfville House was originally built by the McCormack family in 1949 and remained in the family until it was sold to the current owners, Patti Murphy and Randy Valpy, in 2016.

The Bedrooms
